"description":"RCRAInfo is the national program management and inventory system of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste handlers. Handlers fit one or more of the following categories: treatment, storage and disposal facilities (TSDFs), large quantity generators (LQGs), small quantity generator (SQGs), very small quantity generators (VSQGs), and transporters.  *** NOTE **On February 2022, MARIS staff downloaded the national RCRA_FACILITIES.csv file to create an event.Then a national shapefile was created. The MS sites were selected out by Select STATE_Code = \"MS\". Then it was related to RCRA_ENFORCEMENTS.csv, RCRA_EVALUATIONS.csv, RCRA_VIOLATIONS.csv, and RCRA_NAICS.csv data files. This was exported to a lat/long shapefile with all the attributes. The final version was made by projecting into mstm projection.  MARIS staff also entered metadata from https://echo.epa.gov/tools/data-downloads/rcrainfo- download-summary into appropriate metadata fields using ESRI Metadata editor in Arc Catalog.***",
