Service Description: This dataset represents law enforcement sites including police stations, sheriff's offices, and university campus police offices. ***** MARIS, in May 2017, extracted the MS portion of this dataset, then extracted law enforcement sites from the building type. Each site was verified using Wikipedia "List of law enforcement agencies in Mississippi", Google Streetview, various web searches including state, county, city, and campus official web sites, along with 2016 60cm NAIP and 2017 Best Available MARIS image services to pinpoint location to the exact building. Attributes were added for address, phone, website (if available), and TYPE : 1- police station, 2 - Sheriff's Office, and 3 - Campus Police station. ****
